Silent Press Piling

The most straight-forward system of Press-In piling can be utilised in most soil types up to a maximum value of n=20, to depths of circa 20m and different piling rigs are available for ‘U’ and ‘AZ’ single and double section piles. The equipment will usually be mounted by crane on to a reaction frame (or previously installed ‘Dummy piles’) in order to commence installation and the materials can be fed in to the machine by a conventional site handling crane or by the ‘self-feed’/’self-powered’ GRB system. If required the piler can then ‘walk’ back to the commencement point or be simply off-loaded from site at the end of the construction. Its configuration allows for installation on gradual curves and up to two piles at right angles for corners and other directional changes in layout.
