BBGE manufactures a range of vibro piling equipment for ground improvement and stabilisation techniques.

The equipment is manufactured and sold internationally under the brand name Pennine, an established name in the ground improvement equipment industry for over 20 years. The Pennine equipment range includes:

Vibroflots

Hydraulically powered vibroflots (also known as vibratory pokers or depth vibrators) for vibro ground improvement applications:

• HD 300 series - three different models available to suit varying ground conditions
• BD 400 series - two large models available for deep vibrocompaction and marine vibro projects

Modular Mast Systems

Modular equipment to enable vibroflots to be mounted and operated from excavators and cranes:

• Excavator Mounted Mast System (EMMS) for attachment to a range of excavators
• Free Hanging Bottom Feed System (FHBF) for installing stone columns by bottom feed method using crawler cranes
• Crane Leader Mast System (CLaM) for fixing and operating vibroflots using leader cranes 

Ancillary Equipment

Pennine also supply ancillary equipment for efficient installation of vibro ground improvement techniques: 

• Hydraulic power packs for operation of the Pennine vibroflot range
• Engine driven water pumps for wet feed vibro methods
• Data Logger system for capturing pressure, depth, rate of penetration, flow rates, load and inclination
• Hydraulic hoses and fittings
